Hey, I’m Sumukh. A curious insignificant human wandering through space and time. During college, I built an ecommerce business, that allowed me to generate surplus funds to invest in ethereum & bitcoin. Then went on to team up and build a decentralised exchange called ezether. Parallely, I was investing through firstprinciples.vc and understood a learnt a lot about VCing, building and technology startups. We went onto incubate and build shvasa.com.
My main work now is searching for high potential profitable e-commerce businesses. I work with investors to acquire and then operate these business on a day to day basis, offering a pretty high IRR in the last 1.5 years of doing deals.
I’m currently exploring how we can give borrowers cheaper credit and investors better returns through tokenization. Learning more about LBO’s, acquisition financing and lending in general through the process.

A new type of bank wouldn’t be in the same construct as current banks. It would be a marketplace/protocol where investors can be matched with borrowers in an efficient way. All the bloat/risk that opaque banks add to the system will be destroyed.
